Hi, I’m Narcis, and I know exactly what it feels like to be overlooked, underestimated, and made fun of.
For most of my life, I was skinny, the guy who no one took seriously. I heard all the jokes, the comments, the doubts. But one day, I decided enough was enough. I refused to stay the same.
I started researching fitness and nutrition, trying to understand how I could change my body. At first, I was overwhelmed. The gym seemed intimidating, and the idea of eating enough food to gain weight felt impossible. But I refused to quit.
I pushed through every challenge, showed up to the gym consistently, and dialed in my nutrition. Over time, I saw results, real, undeniable results. I gained 9kg (20 lbs) of solid muscle in my first 6 months or training, and suddenly, everything changed:
